Why this should not be delayed
An up-to-date overseas address helps Turkish authorities determine the appropriate consular district for population, electoral and consular services. The former wording of 20 days has been corrected to the official 20 business days.
An Atestado should not be treated as the only possible proof. Confirm acceptable evidence with the mission before the appointment to avoid a repeat visit.
