This product does not provide unrestricted access to every CP train. Check that the train category, route and stations are covered. A separate free second-class seat booking is required for Intercidades.
The former EUR 12 urgent-card claim is not presented as the current standard card price. The physical-plus-digital and digital-only options published by CP are used instead.

A journey checklist for the current coverage
CP’s current coverage includes urban trains in Lisbon and Porto as well as Coimbra. This is not an intermodal substitute for every bus, metro or ferry pass. Check each leg of a mixed journey separately.
Reservation and validation
For Intercidades, reserve a second-class seat before travelling. The reservation window is counted from the train’s origin departure, which may differ from your boarding station. A pass without the required seat reservation is not sufficient. Check the reservation’s train, date, boarding and arrival stations against your actual journey.
Follow the validation procedure for the service: Lisbon urban access equipment and onboard checks on other services are not identical. Leave time for an interchange and a fresh validation where required.
Digital card and a useful fallback
Check that the pass appears in the account you use for travel and that the account email matches the card application. A screenshot is not automatically a replacement for the required current ticket display. Before leaving, charge the phone, check access to the app and ask CP about the accepted fallback if you have a digital-only card.
